‘El Hormiguero’ will reach the entire family with actuality, music, good layout and plenty of action to come from all sides of the screen. The main objective? In the studio, on the street and at home, no one is safe from the madness and irreverence that will always surprise each program. THE TEAM Marco Horácio will be heading a big team. The Ants will be the big stars of the show that say everything the host can not tell, interact with the guests, talk about everything they want to during all the show in an inconsequent way, always commenting in a fun and caustic mode everything that happens. One of the ants is called FISGAS. It is masculine and seductive. Says flirting coarse. Lack respect for and laughs at his own jokes. It’s a bad student, vague and constantly puts up with BISNAGA, the other ant. BISNAGA is good, friendly, sweet, tender and shy. It’s whiner and speaks several languages. He loves Fado. And sometimes, confesses that he is gay. The Scientist, on the rubrics of science, invites the host and the guests to live incredible experiences and new sensations. In this team join other contributors to various items specially prepared for each guest. Fun and irreverent, this is the secret of success that has led ‘El Hormiguero’ in Spain to receive celebrity guests including Tom Cruise, Will Smith, Justin Bieber, Cameron Diaz, Heidi Klum or Justin Timberlake. AWARDS AND NOMINATIONS In 2009 the program was licensed to Italy, Brazil, Chile, China and Russia and that same year the original version won the award for entertainment in the Rose d’Or ceremony. In 2012 he won the category of the same awards Multiplatform Program. In 2010 and 2011 won the TP de Oro, in 2009 two awards Wave, in 2010 a TV Academy award and in 2011 it was the best Dance Pop draft in the 40 Principales awards. In 2011 and 2012 ‘El Hormiguero’ was nominated for an Emmy in the category of Non-scripted entertainment. This year has been nominated for the category of TV Market Place Prix of Innovation in Europe.
