Frederic Chopin made his debut as a pianist at the age of 7. At 11, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart composed his first opera and the dancer Carlos Acosta received the gold medal at the Grand Prix of Lausanne at the age of 16. Who will be the next young Spanish prodigy? Twenty-seven great promises, between 7 and 16 years old, will demonstrate their skills in ‘Prodigios’, the musical talent show that seeks the greatest Spanish talent in the disciplines of lyrical singing, classical dance and orchestral instruments.
The candidates will thrill and surprise with their performances to a jury of exception, composed of three Spanish artists of international fame: the choreographer and exbailarín Nacho Duato, the lyric singer Ainhoa Arteta and the orchestra director Andrés Salado. The baton of this majestic show will be in the hands of the brilliant presenter and writer Boris Izaguirre who, with its freshness and spontaneity, will give way to the performances and judgments of the jury. Paula Prendes, from the backstage, will be the one who transmits what is lived there and will interview the contestants and their families in the minutes before and after their performances.
