Raíces: The Carlos Maldonado Story
‘Raíces’ is a documentary series that is a journey to the origins of chef Carlos Maldonado. A retrospective look at the rebellious young man who accompanied his father in street vending and who ended up winning over almost four million viewers when he became the winner of the third edition of MasterChef.
The documentary series explores his evolution as a chef, but also as a person. The steps he took to launch his professional projects, ‘Raíces’ (with a Michelin Star) and ‘El Círculo’, and how he combined it with the great project of his life: his family.
