Previously, since 2008, Macarena was Managing Director of BocaBoca Producciones, a leading Spanish film and TV production company. During this time, the production company developed successful projects such as 21 d\u00edas, Raphael, Carrero Blanco, 2055, Conexi\u00f3n Samanta, Malas Pulgas, Rescatando a Sara and Vidas Robadas. She came to this position after having performed similar tasks at Drive Group. Macarena holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and has an extensive career in television, in many different genres and sectors, including her work as General Manager of the Production area at Canal+ Spain, where she was responsible for overseeing all of the channel’s own production; and Content Director at Telef\u00f3nica Media, where she was responsible for international film and television co-productions with HBO and Fireworks, among others.
