Every Sunday a large crew travel’s to a different part of the country, to a place hosting a festival or a fair, and broadcasts a live show over 6 hours!
Rita Ferro Rodrigues and José Figueiras lead the show with a lot of Portuguese popular music and keeping track of the traditions and cultural particularities of each region of the country!
The Hosts are not alone, other known faces of the channel join them each Sunday to help bring the party to every Portuguese home.
Besides showing what’s best in each region, “Portugal em Festa” beats a record every week, with a huge production, wetter in size or in quantity of a local product, or promoting an action that cause impact! Since the largest chain toast to the biggest Açorda from Alentejo, every record bring the communities to unite forces and change the course of history of his own region, spreading the brand SIC through the whole country!
