In December 2019, Shine Iberia incorporated Nacho Ibernón as its new Head of Communications. He is a professional from the audiovisual sector who has spent a large part of his career at Canal+ and Movistar+ for more than 18 years. With a degree in Journalism issued by the Complutense University of Madrid, Nacho held the position of Head of Communications at Canal+/Movistar+ for more than 5 years. During this period, his work was focused on communication strategy, media relations, PR and event organisation, corporate and internal communication as well as digital and social media development.

After this stage, Nacho Ibernón was part of the platform’s Content team for more than a year and finally, away from the Movistar environment, he took over the direction of communication at the creative communication, events and PR agency Pelonio Comunicación. At this company, he focused on consumer-fashion-lifestyle territories, designing and executing the communication strategy for brands such as Samsung, Mercedes Benz, Club Pachá, Estrella Damm, LIDL, Larios, Jim Beam or the electronic music festival Paraíso.

In addition, in parallel to his professional activity, Nacho has set up his own charity events and has been a communication consultant for various brands and projects.
