It’s time to celebrate music with the family once again! This Sunday, RTP1 launches the third season of The Voice Gerações. This edition features four incredible coaches: Anselmo Ralph, Marisa Liz, Mickael Carreira and Gisela João. Marisa Liz shares: “I’ve really missed a place where I spent so much time, where I learnt so much and was so happy. The Voice Gerações is special because it brings families and stories together through music – we unite generations on the same stage. I’m back, ready to give it my all and experience unforgettable moments!”. Gisela João expresses her excitement about her debut in the format: “It’s my first time stepping into the role of mentor, and The Voice Gerações won me over instantly! There’s something deeply beautiful about seeing different generations, families and friends singing together. It’s music filled with memory, love and courage. Each performance is a burst of truth that hits you straight in the chest. Here, there’s real emotion, lives full of stories, and a stage that doesn’t follow trends. Get ready – this is going to move everyone.”. Anselmo Ralph is also thrilled to return: “My hope is that we’ll have fun and create a great show like we’ve done in the past. I’m really curious to see the contestants and families that will take the stage. One of the unique things about Gerações is the memories – some contestants have bands and choose to perform with their families. Those kinds of stories and choices are what make Gerações so different – not just for the talent, but for the love being shared.”. Mickael Carreira also highlights the joy of returning to such a special format: “It’s always a pleasure to return to The Voice – it feels like a second family to me, and I’ve been part of it for many years. I’m really looking forward to seeing what happens and discovering amazing voices. The big challenge is bringing together families and friends, and that’s what makes it so interesting. I hope viewers at home can feel the same emotion we’re experiencing during filming!”.
