For the second year running, ‘MasterChef Abuelos’ will pay tribute to all the grandfathers and grandmothers of Spain. Rosario, José, Eduardo, María Luisa, Mari Carmen, Daniel, Lola, Inés, Rocío, Filomeno, Almudena and Andrés are the 12 chosen ones who will fight for the trophy that will certify them as champions of ‘MasterChef Abuelos’ and 12,000 euros in cash.
Pepe Rodríguez, Samantha Vallejo-Nágera and Jordi Cruz will accompany the veteran aspirants on this adventure to evaluate their dishes and enjoy their wisdom. In addition to an emotional stop in Benidorm, in this second edition of the special ‘MasterChef Abuelos’, the contestants will be visited by brilliant guests such as Carmina Barrios, Juanma Castaño and Teresa, Juanma’s mother, and the winner and finalist of the first edition of ‘MasterChef Abuelos’, Guadalupe Fiñana and Aurelia Matallán.
The aspirants will also be surprised by friends and family and, as always, a spectacular representation of great chefs such as Ricard Camarena, Toño Pérez, Pepa Muñoz, Ramón Freixa, Pepe Solla, Fina Puigdelval, Martina Puigvert, Francis Paniego, Martin Berasategui and Juanjo López.
