‘Typical Spanish’, a new program open to all audiences and to different generations in which older people will remember and young people will learn everything that makes our country unique. The national TV in Spain will premiere this fun competition show full of music, games and curiosities in which Spanish culture and customs will be protagonists every week.
‘Typical Spanish’ will be presented by Frank Blanco and will put into play two teams of celebrities led by Florentino Fernández and Vicky Martín Berrocal. Answering questions, overcoming challenges and surviving fun tests, one and the other will fight to win in each program and get as prize something very typical of Spain.
In each program two teams compete. Each has a captain, who will remain throughout the season, and with three well-known characters from three different generations that will change in each program. In addition, an unconditional audience dressed in the colors of the team, will push each team until the final victory and a live band, key in some tests, will turn the set into a real party.
Participants must demonstrate their knowledge about Spain. To do this, they will have to overcome games, identify images, answer questions about several generations or remember more or less recent events in our history. The one who knows what is really ‘Typical Spanish’ wins: from sports events to musical hits, through typical dishes by regions, magazine covers that have been tricked or statistical data essential to understand the idiosyncrasy of our country.
